Once your trip is confirmed we take a deposit, usually 20 to 30 percent, with the balance due 60 days before you travel. We send payment details by email. We do not take card payments on the website.

Yes. Travel insurance is a condition of booking every trip. It must cover medical care, repatriation and cancellation, and for trekking trips it must also cover activity at altitude and emergency evacuation.
